The large 12mm x 10mm octagonal gemstones have a 1mm bezel framed edge paired with a smart, open back setting.
The tapering band flares out from 4mm at the bezel, to 5mm on the underside.

If in doubt, favor smaller sizes for narrow bands & larger sizes for wide bands.
