Where are you?

The Matt Wise Jewellery studio workshop is based in Sydney, Australia. Worldwide shipping is available to anywhere in the world.

 

Can I see your work in person?

You can visit in person at The Rocks Market in Sydneys CBD every Sat/Sun.

 

How do I know what size to order?

Please check out the sizing info section for detailed info on how to take a finger measurement OR measure an existing ring. Please get in touch through the contact section if you have any random questions or special size needs.

 

If I don't see my size available can I order anyway?

Yes! There may be a short delay to restock or maybe I simply haven't updated stock on to the website so please enquire. 

  

Can I exchange my piece?

Yes! If you have any issues, want to switch sizes or change mind your mind then please get in touch with me direct and I'll take care of your needs.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 48hrs but shipping times will vary. Please visit the shipping section in the menu for more info. 

 

Do you offer gift cards?

 Yes I do and you can request any amount you like. These are generated on demand and come with a unique, single use code. More info in the Gift Card section.

 

I am buying a gift...how is it packaged?

Felt bag or Silk Box inside a small gift bag that is then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. This option is FREE and just select at checkout / shipping. e.g. Express Shipping with Gift Packaging.

 

I am buying a present so can you send invoice info separate to my order?

Invoice will NOT be included... this is done via email direct to the payer and not the recipient.  

 

Do you offer a warranty on my purchase?

I give my personal guarantee on all purchases and have many returning customers during my 20+ years of trading. Just let me know if you have any issues and I can resolve it one way or another.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, Amex and PayPal.

 

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from your mailing list?

Just click the preference links at the bottom of the newsletter you've received or contact me direct if there's any problem.

 

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes...but if it's already been shipped it will need to be returned before a full refund is possible. Get in touch if you have any changes and I'll do my best to accommodate them.

 

How do the Designer Discounts work?

Spend $200 and save 10% automatically at checkout. Spend $350 and save 15% automatically at checkout. Only one discount works at a time and Designer Discounts exclude Gold + Gift Cards.

 

Do you do custom bespoke work?

Yes...but I only work in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or platinum. I do commissions and special orders when my schedule permits. Corporate limited edition work is an option. This process is outside the usual time frames and is on a case by case basis. Just email me directly with your ideas/wants/needs. Reference material of designs and motifs is always helpful and will allow me to prepare a more correct estimate for you before the process begins.

 

Do you do repairs or resizing?

I only repair or resize my own pieces. Depending on the factors involved there may be a small cost involved.

 

How do I care for my piece?

Regular cleaning though with a silver polishing cloth and occasionally a metal cleaner like Silvo or silver foam will keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come. Rinse when finished and dry.

The nature of sterling silver is that it will tarnish and discolour over time. Exposure to moisture, humidity, acidity from skin, and exposure to such things as soaps and perfumes can all cause the silver to discolour.
